Idaho Home Health & Hospice began providing home care services to Idaho residents for 30 years. We were the first home health agency in Twin Falls, and the first Medicare Certified hospice provider in Southern Idaho. We currently have six branch offices and our corporate location to serve all of South Central and South Eastern Idaho. Idaho Home Health & Hospice is Medicare/Medicaid certified and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JC), with deemed status. We take pride in our professional affiliations and utilize their wide wealth of home care/health information. We are members of the National Association for Home Care (NAHC), the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), Idaho Association of Home Health Agencies and the Idaho State Hospice Organization.
