Welcome to the Idaho Falls Branch of Idaho Home Health and Hospice!
We are very happy to help you with anything you need to meet all of your Home Health or Hospice needs. At our Branch we are committed to providing exceptional service to all of our patients. Most importantly, our goal here is to make a difference in the lives of the families and patients we serve.
Here you will find that we serve a wide range of geographic locations from Firth and Shelley and North to Idaho Falls continuing all the way to St. Anthony and North Fremont. We love what we do here and truly care about each of our home health and hospice patients.
SERVICES
We work very hard to ensure that each of our Home Health patients receive quality care that will improve his or her quality of life and assist each of them in overcoming illness by making improvements in overall health and recovery. We work very closely with all of the Doctors involved in the patient's care to ensure safe and exceptional care. Whether it is injury, illness, surgery, or disease we want to help each person by lifting burdens, decreasing stress and strain on patients and caregivers, and addressing any questions, concerns, or problems that may arise. We provide all this with a staff of CNA's, Social Work, Dietician, and Skilled Therapy and Nursing care in the comfort of your own home.
CARING SUPPORT
Our Hospice provides caring support for the patients and family while allowing them to determine the amount and type of care they receive in their home. During this difficult time, we provide support in every way we can by providing the patient and caregiver with a Skilled Nurse, CNA, Social Worker, Clergy, Volunteers, and through a non-profit organization called "Friends of Hospice."
