Welcome to the Meridian branch of Idaho Home Health & Hospice
We are proud to be serving the Treasure Valley and to have been open for over 32 years in Southeast Idaho. Our office is centrally located in Meridian on Eagle and Overland road and we will be serving Ada and Canyon counties, which includes: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, and Caldwell.
We are now taking patients for Home Health and Hospice and will be implementing Medical Equipment/Supplies and Personal Care this summer. Patty Mahrt, our Branch Director has over 30 years of experience in Health Care Management and was part of Idaho Home Health in Twin Falls when the company began Hospice.
We have a wonderful team here in Meridian with incredible experience and we are ready to take care of your loved ones with compassionate quality health care.
Patricia (Patty) Mahrt, RN, MSN, MBA
Ms. Mahrt has over 30 years of healthcare experience. She has a MSN with an emphasis on nursing administration and a MBA with an emphasis on organizational development and human resources. Ms. Mahrt has clinical expertise in home health, hospice, and acute care hospitals (both short term and long term). She has held management positions at the department level, the assistant director of nursing, director of nursing, and branch director level. Ms. Mahrt is active in several nursing/healthcare organizations, including the Idaho Alliance of Leaders in Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau (the international nursing honor society), and the Idaho Pressure Ulcer Prevention Coalition.
SERVICES
We are currently providing home health and hospice services. We will be adding Medical Equipment/Supplies and Personal Care Services this summer.
