Welcome! Thank you for visiting our online site for the Rupert Branch of Idaho Home Health and Hospice. We located at 418 Oneida St in Rupert. Here at the Rupert office we are dedicated to serving locations from Acequia to Malta and Hazelton to Raft River.

At the Rupert Branch we have a variety of services to ensure that our patients and families receive the best care, enabling them to stay healthy and happy in their homes. Our staff consists of RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and a registered dietician. Our staff members are committed to working closely with your physician to provide quality care.
